Since our services involve time, expertise, strategy, design, marketing, and digital deliverables, completed work and delivered services are generally non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work has started. If payment has been made and no work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client may be charged for the portion of work already completed.

Marketing Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, Elitora Marketing does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Website traffic
  • Leads generated
  • Sales generated
  • Advertising performance

Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Revisions

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope. Revision requests must be submitted within the project timeline.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to billing errors or exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
